Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Our products (Handcrafted Chocolates) are perishable in nature. Due to temperature sensitivity and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or "taste preference".

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We ensure strict quality control. However, a refund or replacement will be offered ONLY under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is physically damaged or crushed.
• The product is expired or spoiled upon arrival.
• The wrong product was delivered.

Note: Minor shape changes due to temperature variations during transit (bloom) are natural for real chocolate and are not eligible for refunds.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

As per our policy and common Indian e-commerce standards, claims for damage or missing items must be supported by an uncut unboxing video. Please record the opening of the package to facilitate smooth processing of your claim.

4. Refund Process

• Contact us at hello@chocoblossom.com within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and Unboxing Video.
• Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment source within 3-5 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account/UPI details to process the refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
